Where it began
In 1986, the Kepil adventure began. Right from the start, we considered it important to bring work and people together in a way that feels right. With a no-nonsense approach, short lines of communication and a focus on quality, the company grew into a fixture in the recruitment and employment agency sector. Over the years, we have built a strong network of clients and motivated employees.
Growing with vision
We continued to build on the foundation that had already been laid. With the same mindset – doing what we say and moving quickly – Kepil developed further. The organisation grew, the network expanded and the specialisation in international workers took more and more shape. What remained is the core: clear agreements, commitment and work that is simply well organised.
